This is an OLD page... at least 2 years old. Found it sifting through some folders on my computer and thought I'd share it with everyone.

This was going to be page 4 of Pictures of a Tragedy, until I scrapped that script and started a new one. In this page, you see Amaya rudely pounced on by Val. It was supposed to set up the personality of Val, as this is the first time you see her.

i really like your older stuff! your newer work is great as well, just something about the.. i guess maybe it's the simplicity of your older pictures that catches me... you got accross so much information with even the least actual content.
then again, maybe i just liked amaya and i sharing a figgure. hahaha

Yeah, I just like to look forward. Stagnating is not good for an artist... I was rarely happy with my older work, but it does have a certain something that people seem to like =)

yea, when i used to actually draw in an effort to improve (as opposed to the highly practiced i'mboredtheresnothingtodo...I’lldraw technique i use now) i could only draw in any particular style for a max of 2 weeks, then my brain would just shift gears regardless of my level of satisfaction with the previous style.

wow, sorry for the babble.

any who, i guess i think the biggest improvement in your particular style progression is probably the fact that it seems like you have more diversity in the characteristics of your characters... like their facial features are a lot more varied now whereas here they are rather similar.

..........sorry again... i'm in a brain mood.

Haha, I'm not allowed to draw out of boredom anymore... Always have a reason to do it these days. It almost makes it less fun that way. Gotta keep positive though =)
